Now, we can make more exquisite and charming engraving products like the complicated Chinese engraving doors and windows, flower fences and the modern high-rise buildings, and its production process is easier and faster for the sake of the advanced productivity.
1. Introduction
In
the past, the production process of various types of models completely relied
on human manual cutting and bonding. The entire production process was
labor-intensive, time-consuming, and the production accuracy was not high,
cumbersome to be précised. Although engraving doors and windows, flower fences,
or modern high-rise buildings, with the aid engraving machine are now much
easier and faster. The production effect is more refined and beautiful. It
should be said that advanced productivity has created all this.
2. Process Description
The
computer engraving machine is composed of a computer, an engraving
machine controller, and an engraving machine host. Its working theory is
designing and to provide layout through the special engraving software
configured in the computer, and the computer automatically transfers the design
and layout information to the engraving machine controller. Then the controller
converts the information into a drive motor with power signal (pulse train),
control the engraving machine host to generate X, Y, Z three-axis engraving
tool path base diameter. At the same time, the high-speed rotating engraving
head on the machine cuts the processing materials fixed on the worktable of the
host machine through the cutting tool configured according to the processing
material to achieve automatic engraving operations. The figure shows the

3. Advantages of Zhishan servo system

4. Conclusions
The
application of Zhishan K1 series servo system on the engraving machine
is of great significance to the breakthrough of domestic electromechanical
automation system technology in this industry. The project has played a very
positive role in the high-end application of domestic brand servo systems in
the field of NC engraving machines.
